OUR STORY
How Streamline started.
Founded in 2014, Streamline began with a simple belief: strong relationships, preparation, and follow through still matter in healthcare. What started as a small spine distribution business has grown into a medical technology company supporting surgeons across multiple specialties and healthcare teams throughout New Jersey.
A lot has changed since then. The way we do business has not. We show up prepared. We respond when people need us. We solve problems. And we build relationships we hope will last for years.
OUR DIFFERENCE
Why Family Owned Matters.
Family ownership shapes the way we do business because this company is personal to us. The relationships we build, the commitments we make, and the reputation we carry all matter deeply.
We stay close to the people we serve, take responsibility when something needs attention, and work hard to earn trust over time.

As Streamline grows, we never want to lose what got us here.
We want the people we work with to feel known, supported, and confident that the people behind this company genuinely care.

DIRECT ACCESS
You work with people who are close to the business and empowered to make decisions.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY
When something needs attention, we take ownership and see it through.

RELATIONSHIPS THAT LAST
We invest in knowing our customers and building partnerships that grow over time.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Built with a simple idea.
Take care of people.
I started Streamline in 2014 with a pretty simple belief. Know your products. Show up prepared. Treat people well. Follow through. If you do those things consistently, trust and strong relationships have a way of building from there.
A lot of that came from how I grew up. My parents built and ran a dental practice together, and my sister and I had a front row seat to what a successful family business really looked like. We saw the hard work, the responsibility, and the commitment it took to build something together. Today, I feel incredibly fortunate to be building Streamline alongside my sister, my wife, and a team that I genuinely consider family.
As I have gotten older, especially after becoming a husband and father, my definition of success has changed. Of course I want Streamline to grow and succeed, but some of the most meaningful parts of building this company have very little to do with the numbers. I am proud of the relationships we have built, the experiences this business has allowed my family and me to share, and the people who have grown alongside us. Some of my proudest moments have been watching young associates come into this industry with little or no experience and develop into confident, successful professionals.
I hope my children grow up seeing what can happen when you work hard, stay persistent, and believe in what you are building. And as Streamline continues to grow, I never want us to lose what got us here in the first place. I want people to remember how we treated them, the opportunities we created, and the lives we had a chance to impact along the way.
